Sleek Highlighting Palette - Solstice

Sleek markası ülkemize geleli epey bi oldu aslında fakat ben denemek için ancak fırsat buldum, açıkçası çok da merak ederek aldım. Seçenek olarak Gratis’te bu paletin iki rengi mevcut, ilki şimdi sizlere yorumlayacak olduğum Solstice diğeri ise Precious Metals.

Solstice paleti içerisine 1 tane krem 3 tane toz farklı alt tonlarda aydınlatıcılar içeriyor. Precious Metals paletinde ise bronz alt tonların hakim olduğu 3 krem formda 1 de toz formda aydınlatıcı mevcut.

Solstice’i paketleme yönünden değerlendirecek olursam, gayet kullanışlı ve şık bir ambalaja sahip. Mıktanıslı açma kapama sistemi de kolaylıklarından biri bence. Renkler ilk bakışta aydınlatıcı olarak kullanmak için fazla cesur gelse de ciltte o şekilde durmuyor.

Palette bulunan mecvut renkleri tek tek yorumlayacak olursam, Ecliptic, yani paletteki krem aydınlatıcı, ciltle güzel bütünleşebilen pembe alt tonlu tatlı bir şampanya rengi. Özellikle yazın bronz ciltteki duruşuna bayıldım.

Lila renginde gözüken Hemisphere ise oldukça pigmentli bir aydınlatıcı, hatta paletteki en pigmentli renk bile olabilir. O kadar lilamsı gözüktüğüne bakmayın, ciltle uyumu daha doğal gümüş yansımalı bir görünüme kavuşuyor. Altındaki turuncumsu yani Equinox ise ne kadar bronzlaşsam da yüzümde fazla turuncu duran bir aydınlatıcı oldu, ben de çözümü aydınlatıcı fırçasıyla uygulamaktansa, allık fırçasıyla allık sürdüğüm yerlerin üzerine daha canlı bir görünüm katmak için kullandım. Bu sonuçtan da gayet memnun kaldığımı söyleyebilirim. Son olarak da paletteki tek sarı alt tonlu aydınlatıcıya yani Subsolar’a gelecek olursam, duruş olarak The Balm’ın Mary-lou’ suna benzetiyorum, tabi Mary-lou’nun daha iri partiküllü olması dışında. Subsolar daha ince partiküllü ve biraz daha parça parça görünme eğiliminde. 

Renklerin hepsi yalnız başlarına far olarak kullanıma çok uygunlar, özellikle hafif makyaj yaptığım zamanlarda göz kapaklarıma yalnızca Ecliptic yani krem olan ürünü uygulayıp, katlanma bölgeme de toprak tonlarında bir farla gölge verip günlük kullanmayı çok sevdim.

Son zamanlarda highlighter’lara iyice kafayı taktığım için günlük olarak da kullanmayı çok seviyorum ve pigmentasyonları beni fazlasıyla tatmin etti, eğer benim düşüncemde iseniz muhakkak bakın derim, fakat ben daha doğal ışıltılardan yanayım, simli ürünler benlik değil diyorsanız, ürün sizlik değil.

It has been quite a while since Sleek made its debut in Turkey but I at last had the chance to try it. I bought it with a great curiosity. This palette has two color options in Gratis, the first one is Solstice which I am going to comment on now, and the second one is Precious Metals, Solstice. Solstice palette contains 1 cream and 3 powder low tone highlighters. Precious Metals contains 3 cream and 1 powder highlighters which are largely in low bronze tones. Regarding the packaging, it has a really neat and useful packaging outside. It also has a magnetic cover so it is a great convenience.

 At first, the colors seem really courageous to use but they don't look like that on skin. Ecliptic, the cream highlighter, is a pink low toned champagne colored sweet highlighter which merges well with the skin. I especially liked its look on bronze skin during summer. Hemisphere which looks like color lilac is a very pigmented highlighter. I can say that it is the most pigmented highlighter of the palette. Despite it looks like color lilac, it turns into a more natural silver reflection on skin. The orange color beneath it, Equinox has an excessive orange no matter how well I tanned my skin. Thus, I used it with blush brush to liven up the look of the places that I used my blush on, rather than using it with a highlighter brush. I can say that I am very happy with this result. Subsolar looks like The Balm's Mary-lou, but Mary-lou's particles are larger. Subsolar has more slim particles and looks less fragmentized.

 All of the colors are suitable to use as eye shadows on their own. I especially apply Ecliptic to my eye lids, which is the creamy product, and apply an eye shadow in earthy tones to shadow it out when I am putting on daily make-up. I really like to use it daily as I am obsessed with using highlighters lately, and their pigmentation is more than satisfactory.

 If you think like me, I recommend checking it out. However, if you like more natural lighting and don't like silvery looks, this product is not for you.

L'OREAL PARIS INFALLIBLE SCULPT KONTÜR PALETİ

Uzun zamandır raflarda görüp enterasan bir şelikilde bir türlü koleksiyonuma gelemeyen bir ürün oldu kendisi. Artık tanışmamız gerektiğini düşünüp ürünü en sonunda satın aldım. Öncelikle paketlemesine değinecek olursam çantaya atıp çıkmalık diyebilirim, kapağının iç tarafında aynası olmasına rağmen oldukça hafif, kilit kısmı ise çantada açılacak cisten değil ve oldukça da şık. Ürünün gramajı ise 10g.

Peki biz bu ürünü neyle uygulamalıyız diye soracak olursanız ben Real Techniques'in kontür fırçasıyla uyguladığımda çok güzel bir sonuç alıyorum. Bendeki 01 Light/Medium olanı. Pigmentasyonuna gelecek olursam, aşırı pigmentli olduğunu söylemem fakat bunun bir avantaj olduğunu düşünüyorum. Genelde aşırı pigmentli ürünleri, özellikle de yüz için olanlar, yüze güzel ve doğru yedirmek hem kontrolü açısından zor hem de fazla vakit alabiliyor. İşinin ehli insanların da hep söylediği gibi kontür ürünleri yüze yedirilirken yumuşak karıştırma hareketlerinin yapılması oldukça önemli. Pigmentasyon güçlü olunca da elimiz hep bi daha sert karıştırmaya doğru gidiyor, bu da yüzümüzü bulamaç gibi gösterebiliyor. Bu yüzden pigmentasyon tam kıvamında. 

                                


Yapısı kremsi pudra kıvamında, dediğim gibi kolay karışım sağlıyor. İlginç bir şekilde o kremsi yapı yüze uygulandığında pudramsı duruyor, üzerinden de toz bir ürünle geçtiğim zaman bütün gün yüzümde kalıyor.

I have been seeing this product on the shelves for so long but it couldn't make it into my collection whatsoever. I decided that I should get it and bought the product. First of all, its packaging is ergonomic and you can put it in your back while going out. It is pretty lightweight despite the fact that it has a mirror inside, its lock is not the kind that can randomly open in your bag and it is slick. It weighs 10 grams. I apply this product with Real Techniques's contour brush and I get great results. I have the 01 Light/Medium. I can't say it is highly pigmented but I think this is an advantage. In general, high pigmented products, especially the ones for the face, can be hard to blend and it may take more time. Like professionals say, it is pretty important to do the swirling movements when applying contour products to your face. If the pigmentation is high, you tend to blend harder and this leads to a mess. For this reason, I believe the pigmentation of this product is on point. Its structure resembles powder and like I said, it allows you to blend easily. Interestingly, its creamy structure becomes powdery when applied to the face; and it stays on my face all day after I apply a powder product on it.
